New Year, Same Demons

There’s one thing I’ve reminded myself of over the last few months: words have power, whether we mean to set them in motion or not.

The new year started with a bang—quite literally. Book two has officially crossed 90,000 words (and it’s still not done yet), our new business is kicking up, and then I—C—ended up in the hospital for gallbladder surgery. Never fear, I’m back in business now, and M and I are still steaming right along through everything.

We hope everyone else’s year kicked off with a little less excitement, unless it’s a good kind of excitement. Then by all means cheers to you! This year, we didn’t sit under the table eating grapes. We didn’t make resolutions. We honestly just… didn’t do anything. And that is okay.

For once, we didn’t feel the need to celebrate the new year. Rest is the priority this year and honestly, can you blame us? Last year was packed. Between working with KC Book Beat, doing monthly in-person events, and opening Nocterra Bookery, we stayed busy almost nonstop.

That said, the drive hasn’t gone anywhere. This year, we’re focusing on our books, choosing smaller and more meaningful events, and finding ways to uplift our community where we can. Slower doesn’t mean stopping—it just means being more deliberate.

If there is anything you’d love to see from us in our letters to you. Please let us know!

Oh by the way…

M and I decided to keep Dance with the Devil and Pack or Prey e-books at $0.99 for the foreseeable future. We want to share our stories at a far more reasonable price especially after holidays, tough times, and what nots. It’s important to us for those that cannot get Kindle Unlimited and would love a cheaper alternative. It’s also our way of saying thank you for being there for us.

If you haven’t gotten your copy, now is the chance. ;) If you have gotten our books and you do love them! Please, please, please leave a review! Especially ones that are more meaningful that others can read and see if they vibe with the book. It’s hard being Indie Authors and trying to get the visibility, any little thing helps. Again we appreciate you!

You can leave reviews on our Goodreads and Amazon. You may also find our books in other locations too. We will leave our Linktr.ee so you can find places for review.

Thank you Followers!

We hit a fairly big goal for us on Instagram. It took us a while but we finally have 1k followers over there. It makes us happy to see that we are growing, and we’re still going to shoot for the stars.

Which reminds me, if you want to see more content please don’t hesitate to follow us on our socials. We are a little chaotic and can be a bit goofy at times. We promise it’s just a way to show we are human.

A Dark Reverse Harem Romance

She broke into the wrong house.

Now, three brutal men will make her pay—with her body, her secrets, and her soul.

When runaway heiress Marigold Calder crashes into the forbidden Isles of Kassel during a blizzard, she’s desperate for shelter. The isolated mountain lodge seems like salvation, until she realizes it belongs to The Bears, three massive Russian brothers who own the most exclusive—and dangerous—private men’s club in Kassel.

HUNTER – The violent one who takes what he wants🔥

STONE – The cold mastermind who’ll break her with a single look🔥

ASH – The deceptively gentle one who’s anything but safe🔥

Trapped by the storm and their obsession, Marigold discovers a dark connection between their families that turns their hospitality into a hunt for revenge. Now, they won’t just keep her, they’ll ruin her.

Beneath the Miami Moon

Beneath the Miami Moon: A Dark Vampire Romance

Miami Beach never sleeps, but some predators never dream.

Lorenzo has survived centuries by following strict rules: feed discreetly, never grow attached, and never let hunger turn into desire. In the neon-lit nights of modern Miami, he watches over his protégé from the shadows, knowing how easily immortality can curdle into ruin.

When Zuri arrives on vacation, Lorenzo feels the pull immediately-dangerous, undeniable, and impossible to ignore. She is human, vibrant, and completely unaware of the world that hunts beneath the city's surface. As the nights grow hotter and the pull between them deepens, Lorenzo is forced to confront the past that shaped him-and the monster he fears becoming again.

Spanning centuries and soaked in atmosphere, Beneath the Miami Moon is a dark paranormal romance about temptation, restraint, and the cost of wanting what you were never meant to keep.
